Emotional therapy with an integrative body–mind approach

Sometimes people come to therapy because something hurts or feels overwhelming, and sometimes they simply sense they can’t keep going in exactly the same way. This is a place to bring what is happening — in your thoughts, your emotions, your body and your life itself — and to try to understand together what might change.

Who Is It For?

For people experiencing:

Periods of overload, stress or crisis

Anxiety, tension or everyday restlessness

A sense of being stuck

Difficulties in relationships, partnership or family

Frustration with recurring patterns and a longing for change

Significant changes and transitions

Questions of identity, meaning and belonging

A wish to get to know yourself a little better

How I Work

I work integratively, so therapy doesn’t rely on a single method. There is room for conversation and understanding, and also for what the body tells us — tension, breath, sensations, and the way we respond to what happens around us.

When difficult material comes up, we don’t rush. Much of the work is paying attention to pace, to boundaries, and to choosing what is right to open now, what can wait, and how to keep a sense of safety within the process.

We build the work together, according to what brings you and the pace that suits you. Sometimes it’s more conversation, sometimes more listening to the body — and usually it moves between the two.

Life Doesn’t Stay Outside the Room

My experience in the field of rehabilitation has taught me that therapy doesn’t happen in a vacuum. Alongside the emotional world there are also work, housing, systems, services and entitlements that deeply affect our lives.

When it’s relevant to the process, these can have a place too, and we can think together about how to navigate them.

How Do We Begin?

01

We start with a conversation

A short call to hear what brings you and to see whether it makes sense to meet.

02

We meet

The first session is a chance to get acquainted, sense the space, and explore together what might fit.

03

We continue if it feels right

If it’s a good fit, we begin building the process at a pace and in a way that suits you.
