Gift Vouchers — Purchase and Redemption Terms
Mifgashim gift vouchers make it simple to give an aquatic therapy session as a gift. The following terms apply to purchasing a voucher, its validity, scheduling and redeeming a session, and cancelling the purchase.
Nothing in these terms detracts from rights granted to consumers under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981, or any other applicable law.
1. Business details
2. Available vouchers
- Individual Watsu / Water‑Dance Session — ₪440
- Couples Watsu / Water‑Dance Session — ₪800
- Card of 4 Individual Sessions — ₪1,600
The voucher entitles its holder to the purchased service and is not a general monetary credit.
A change in the service price after purchase will not require the voucher holder to pay an additional amount during its validity period.
3. Voucher validity
The voucher is valid for 24 months from its issue date, unless the law requires a longer period.
An existing, unredeemed voucher previously assigned a shorter validity period will be updated so that it remains valid for at least 24 months from its issue date.
The final redemption date appears on the voucher and on the website’s voucher-check page.
4. Session location and scheduling
Sessions take place by prior arrangement in a dedicated heated pool in Kiryat Tiv’on, Israel.
Purchasing a voucher does not book a session. The appointment will be arranged separately, subject to availability.
5. Redeeming a voucher
- Provide the voucher code when scheduling and redeeming a session.
- An individual or couples voucher is valid for one redemption.
- A card of four sessions includes four redemptions.
- The remaining balance of sessions is recorded in the system.
- Once all sessions have been redeemed, the card will be marked as redeemed.
- A cancelled, expired or fully redeemed voucher cannot be redeemed again.
6. Transferring a voucher
The name on the voucher is part of the gift dedication. In general, a voucher may be transferred to another person, subject to their suitability for the service and to these terms.
The voucher code is the primary identifier for redemption.
7. Cancelling the purchase
A voucher purchase through the website is a distance-selling transaction.
Under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, in a distance-selling transaction for a service, the consumer may cancel within 14 days of the transaction date or receipt of a document containing the transaction details, whichever is later.
For a service that is not ongoing, this right is subject to the cancellation notice being delivered at least two days that are not rest days before the scheduled service date.
8. Cancellation fees for distance-selling transactions
For a cancellation not caused by a defect, non-conformity, failure to provide the service on time or another breach by Mifgashim, a cancellation fee may be charged at the rate allowed by law: up to 5% of the transaction price or ₪100, whichever is lower.
No cancellation fee will be charged for a cancellation due to a defect, non-conformity, failure to provide the service on time or another breach by Mifgashim.
Refunds will be made within the time limits and in accordance with the provisions of the law.
9. Consumers entitled to an extended cancellation period
Where the law grants a longer cancellation period, including applicable cases involving senior citizens, new immigrants or people with disabilities, the provisions of the law apply.
10. Cancelling or rescheduling a session
Once a session has been scheduled, it may be cancelled or postponed without charge up to 24 hours before the appointment.
Cancellation or postponement with less than 24 hours’ notice incurs a fee of ₪120.
The voucher will not be treated as redeemed because of such a cancellation or postponement and will remain valid after the cancellation or postponement fee has been settled.
This provision does not detract from any statutory cancellation right.
11. Non-attendance
Non-attendance without notice will be handled under the late-cancellation policy above.
12. Cancellation by Mifgashim
- The voucher will not be redeemed.
- No cancellation fee will be charged.
- An alternative appointment will be offered.
- If the service cannot be provided, the transaction will be handled in accordance with the law.
13. Suitability for the session
Sessions are subject to professional and safety suitability. Before the session, information may be requested to adapt the session and safeguard the client’s safety.
14. Lost vouchers
If the email or voucher code is lost, contact Mifgashim to locate the voucher, subject to verification of the order details.
15. Payment
- The price displayed at the time of ordering is the binding transaction price.
- Payment is processed through a secure external payment system.
- Credit-card details are not stored by Mifgashim.
16. Purchase confirmation
After payment is approved, a unique voucher is issued and sent to the email address provided.
If the voucher has not arrived, contact Mifgashim or request that it be sent again.
17. Privacy
Purchaser and recipient details are used to complete the transaction, issue and send the voucher, schedule and redeem the session, provide customer service and maintain required business records.
Details will not be used for marketing communications without separate consent.
18. How to request cancellation
Full details and contact options are available on the cancellation page.
A cancellation notice may be submitted by phone (+972-52-646-5194), email (gift@mifgashim-clinic.co.il), WhatsApp or the website’s cancellation page.
